Purpose:
Title: Service Delivery Manager III
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Salary: $115,000
The incumbent will supervise the staff of associates responsible for the timely and accurate completion of the needs of insurance clients. S/He must have experience with schedule D reporting, insurance client reports (including month end closing), and financial accounting for insurance clients. S/He will will interact with the client on a daily basis. S/He will also perform limited functions of the review process of the Service Delivery Rep III/IV.
The qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree with a
concentration in Accounting or Finance or comparable work experience.
S/He should be familiar with PC spreadsheets and on-line systems. S/He must possess strong analytical and communication skills and be able to work independently and under pressure while adhering to strict
deadlines. Supervisory, interviewing, organizational, and effective
leadership skills are required. Six to ten years of relevant insurance and management experience is also required. Relocation may be negotiated.
