Job Description
Manager, Training, Education and Communications: Manages team accountable for the development and execution of end-user training, documentation, and communication for SE&A IT applications. Partners with IT Project and Application Support Managers to maximize the value of IT investments by providing comprehensive, process-oriented training curriculums and reference materials. Analyzes IT communication needs and determines strategies for designing & deploying effective communications. Develops a team of business-oriented individuals, that is aligned with business and project objectives. Manages department budget and controls department assets.
