Description
A multi-national manufacturing company near Suwanne is seeking an experienced IT Director. Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in business, computer sciences or a related field, & 5+ years of IT management exp within a manufacturing environment. Candidate must have previous exp in system conversions & local and wide area networks. Candidate will partner with management team to align company IT with strategic direction, oversees IT assets, including all hardware, software and network assets, provides analysis of IT expenditures, including all project related costs, for expense and capital. Directs implementation and execution of new/upgraded information systems via well-defined plans including procedures, deadlines, and accountability. Evaluates and implements IT procedures and equipment for maximum efficiency and cost containment. Ensures users/customers are provided professional, courteous, and timely support and service. Structures, leads, trains, and develops IT staff for maximum effectiveness. Develops/selects and conducts user training on an as-needed basis. Must have working knowledge of application software, process hardware and operating software, network hardware, database software, and end user computing hardware and software. Requires understanding of financial analysis and control techniques. Requires knowledge of IT work processes and methodologies. Must have demonstrated strong leadership capabilities.
