CENTER SALES MANAGER
Job Description:
The focus of the CENTER SALES MANAGER is to actively generate center revenue while developing the sales staff. The CENTER SALES MANAGER is also responsible for ensuring each client receives excellent customer service and training and coaching the sales staff to convert leads to sales and meet personal sales goals.
Successful CENTER SALES MANAGERS will have excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills. Must have excellent selling skills, a proven sales record, team building and the ability to teach others what makes you successful! We prefer candidates who have previous experience in the weight loss industry, although many of our successful Center Sales Managers have come from the following industries:
- Dating Service
- Beauty/Image
- Cosmetics
- Health/Fitness
- Sales/Retail
- Hotel/Restaurant Services
