Job Description
Plans/manages overall operation of unit to ensure goal/objective achievement directly or through subordinate staff. Develops, manages, and controls large/multiple-unit budget. Oversees other manager's projects. Manages all aspects of large complex projects. Maintains external network of technical expertise among suppliers, consultants, other Siemens groups, government, and universities. Participates in company strategic/business planning. Manages development of new innovative profitable products, meeting acceptable standards for manufacturability, quality, and on time delivery.
Additional Requirements
Must be very good at project execution and cross-functional team management.
Must have strong design engineering experience with required product focus of molded case circuit breakers (mccb) or residential circuit breakers. Additionally should have moved beyond an individual contributor role previously.
