As our health ministry grows, our need to staff our organization with talented, experienced, caring, ethical and innovative people becomes paramount to serving the communities in which we operate.
We currently have a Full Time position available for Nurse Manager to supervise our Medical and Surgical Units. The Nurse Manager position will assist the Vice President of Patient Services with 24 hour responsibility for independently implementing the Nursing process. This individual also facilitates health care services for patients in collaboration with the Health Care Team through effective communication. A charge nurse is designated to assist the manager in these tasks.
Some of the qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited program in Nursing with a BSN
- Licensed to practice in Maryland or the ability to receive a license in Maryland
- Must at least 7 years of previous experience as a Supervisor or Charge Nurse
- Must have experience maintaining required unit records, reports, statistics for administrative purposes and budget preparation.
