Hands-on management of 7 person engineering department in $30 million manufacturing company making electro-mechanical machinery. Will organize department and be involved with conceptual design of product. Fast paced environment with many projects juggled simultaneously. Reports directly to President.
Requirements
Ability to manage projects and keep many "balls in air" at the same time. Background in sheet metal manufacturing,heat transfer and hydraulics or eletro-mechanical engineered projects. Minimum of 5 years management experience and an engineering degree is required. (BSME or EE preferred.) Must be able to handle conceptual design and needs experience with Autocad 3-D modeling systems. Could be a Project Manager now if you've managed large projects.
