Corporate office of a large, publicly traded and profitable company headquartered in El Segundo near LAX is seeking a Senior Accountant. Very well established publically traded dollar company. Company offers extremely good benefits and compensation and requires very little to NO
OVERTIME, even at month end.
Responsible for month end close, intercompany reporting and analysis, financial statement preparation and review; internal management reporting as well as some external SEC reporting including 10K's and 10Q's (SEC experience not required); performs consolidation entries for month end close and provides financial data for the
quarterly press releases.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
- 2+ years direct experience in an accounting capacity
- Must be proficient with computer technology, MS office products and accounting software packages.
- Excellent problem solving abilities and the skill to manage multiple assignments.
