My client is an industry leader in speciality machine tool equipment. They are URGENTLY seeking a strong Engineering Manager with excellent team building skills to lead an 8 member team in their Mid-west facility. This is an innovative and creative environment.
This position reports to the VP of Engineering at the corporate level. Excellent salary and benefits. Will pay relocation.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a BSME with 10 yrs. engineering machine design experience and 5 yrs management experience. Must have knowledge of machine tool industry, MULTI AXIS, PRECISION MOTION, metal cutting, value engineering, ISO, lean manufacturing, multi project management and automation. Supplying to Automotive or Aerospace background a plus. Excellent team building, coaching and communication skills.
