Branch Manager
The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International seeks an individual to be responsible for the overall campaign and volunteer development in Silicon Valley and Monterey Bay for the greater Bay Area Chapter. In this position you will have senior chapter level management responsibility and accountability for successful financial results as well as supervising both Branches and the Satellite Office in Mountain View.

Responsibilities will include:

- Evaluating the resources within the Branch market areas & developing a comprehensive Plan of Operation for all annual income development activities including budgets, timelines, logistics, volunteer activities & recruitment, marketing & sponsorship plans as warranted.
- You will cultivate and manage volunteer Branch Boards whose functions include supporting maximum market penetration for JDRF special events & campaigns, enhancing community presence, and providing leverage and access to financial and human resources within the Branch market area.
- Accountable for volunteer management (recruitment, training and development); working with the Chapter office to develop collateral material, coordinate activities and cultivate relationships with local media, business, political and educational leadership.

Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of fundraising and communications, sales, or marketing experience. Knowledge and skill in non-profit management and computer knowledge required along with proficiency in fiscal management. Good leadership and team building skills a must as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
