Accounting Controller
($100k - $115k, plus bonus and relocation)
Cambridge, MD
As our client’s Accounting Controller, you’ll lead, supervise, and coach performance of accounting team and manage all facets of the accounting department, including recruiting, development, and coaching of staff positions. You’ll also be responsible for providing cost and financial analyses and forward looking budgets and projections for senior management.
To qualify, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in accounting or a related field, and 5-10 years’ experience in finance within the manufacturing or related industry. You should have intermediate to advanced proficiency with Excel, plus a background in manufacturing. Candidates with CPA, CMA, or MBA are preferred, and those with bilingual skills in Spanish and English have an advantage.
