Employee financial advisor
Independent financial advisor
For employee financial advisors, we offer a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes a draw with an opportunity for GDC bonuses, comprehensive benefits, paid licensing fees, paid expenses, and extensive training.
Independent financial advisors receive a competitive Gross Dealer Concession (GDC) pay out, and have the flexibility to manage their own expenses.
REQUIREMENTS:
The job requires initiative, the ability to market to local clients,
strong interpersonal skills, effective communications and persuasive
ability, analytical ability, persistence and an entrepreneurial
perspective to build your practice. To be a financial advisor, you will
need to pass exams for federal and state licenses and registrations for
securities - including:
Series 7
Series 63 or Series 66
State life, accident and health insurance licenses
