Description
Reports to President. Responsible for management and oversight of all properties within the management portfolio across all five offices consisting of retail, office, industrial and multifamily properties. Supervise all property managers and administrative accounting staff. Must be a seasoned leader with a minimum of three years of managing people and the necessary skills for translating vision and mission into daily operational practice.
Requirements:
1. Minimum bachelors degree in business or accounting, MBA preferred. Real estate certification; CPM, RPA or CCIM.
2. 5-10 years of corporate or regional real estate management experience.
3. Managed a portfolio of mixed commercial assets.
4. Must have a solid understanding of property management practices and processes, and employee development skills.
5. Extensive supervisory experience and ability to drive results & meet objectives.
6. Experienced sales ability with the drive to pursue and secure new business.
