Description
One of Chicagoland's leading commercial real estate companies is searching for a Property Accountant/Bookkeeper. This person will be fully responsible for the Accounting of two Class "A" commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of the monthly financial statements
Completion of billing, Accounts Payable, and tenant reconciliations
Working with the Property Managers in resolving tenant questions
Supervising a staff of one
Requirements
An Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting
A minimum of 3 years of commercial real estate property accounting experience
1 year of supervisory experience
Proficiency with MRI
Excellent communication skills
