Work and live in Austin, Texas and work for a leading global provider of computer products and services! CoolHires is currently assisting Dell, Inc., with their recruiting efforts in search of Senior Tax Consultants for their corporate Round Rock office.
Dell is seeking several experienced Federal and International Tax Consultants to work as full-time employees in their Corporate Austin office. Participating in day-to-day federal or international income tax compliance, audit and process improvement, assisting in day-to-day federal or international tax planning and long-term strategic planning, preparing of tax returns, researching tax issues and understanding company's business goals and objectives at a macro level, the ideal candidates will possess the following key skills and qualifications:
Requirements
7+ years experience in a Big 4 Firm, and/or a Fortune 500 company with specific accounting experience with federal or international taxation
Taxation experience with both compliance and planning including but not limited to: PE Planning, subpart F planning, FTC planning, debt and equity planning, federal income tax audits and worldwide audits, and federal tax return preparation
CPA required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Master's degree and/or JD (preferred)
Advanced research techniques
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
Advanced project management skills
Advanced consulting, facilitation and presentation skills
Experience providing consultation and advice and respond to questions posed by management and internal departments
